The Eliteserien is the top tier of the Norwegian football league system. The 2023 Eliteserien is the 79th edition of the league.

The Color Line Stadion is located in Aalesund and was built in 2005 with a 10,000 seats capacity. It was the first top-level stadium in Norway to feature artificial turf. The stadium is the home ground of Aalesund which have 19 appearances in the Norwegian top level.

The Aspmyra Stadion is a football stadium in Bodø, opened in 1966. Home of Bodø Glimt and it can hold 8,270 spectators. Bodø are 2-time champions in Norway after winning the 2020 and 2021 Eliteserien. They have 28 appearances in the competition.

The Brann Stadion is a football stadium in Bergen. It was constructed in 1919, and has been the home of the football club Brann ever since. The club has won the title 3 times in 65 appearances.

The Briskeby Stadion is located in the town of Hamar. Opened in 1936, it is the home ground of Ham Kam since 1946. The club has finished in the 3rd place once in 24 appearances.

The Haugesund Stadion is a soccer-specific stadium in the city of Haugesund. Opened in 1920, it is the home ground of FK Haugensund. The club’s best achievement in 17 appearances in the national league is the third place in 2013.

The Aker Stadion is located in Molde and it is the home of the local football club since its opening in 1998. The current Norwegian champions have another 4 titles and 11-second positions in 47 appearances in the league.

The Skagerak Arena is a football stadium located in the city of Skien. It was built in 1923 as the home ground of  Odd. Founded in 1894, Odd is the oldest football club in Norway. Their best position is the second in 42 appearances.

The second-largest football stadium in the country is the Lerkendal Stadion in Trondheim. Opened in 1947, it is the home ground of  Rosenborg. Rosenborg is by far the most successful Norwegian team with 26 titles in 60 appearances in the League.  They have been playing constantly in the Eliteserien since 1979 which is also a record.

The Sandefjord Arena is located in Sandefjord and it was opened in 2007. It is used as the home of the local football club. Sandefjord has participated in 11 Eliteserien seasons with their best performance being the 10th place.

The Sarpsborg Stadion is a football stadium in Sarpsborg. It opened in 1930 and it is the home of Sarpsbord 08. The club has 12 appearances in the top division and has finished 3rd in 2017.

The Nadderud stadion is a multi-purpose stadium in Oslo. Opened in 1961 it is used as the home stadium of Stabaek. The 2008 champions will play in their 26th first division season.

The Alfheim Stadion is located in the city of Tromsø. Opened in 1987, it serves as the home ground of Tromso. The club has finished in second place twice in 36 seasons in the first division.

The Viking Stadion is a football stadium in the city of Stavanger. Opened in 2004 it is the home ground of Viking Stavanger. Viking is the club with the most Eliteserien appearances with 73 having only missed 3 seasons. They have won the title 6 times.

The Åråsen Stadion is located in the Oslo region. The stadium has been the home venue for Lillestrøm SK since the 1951 season. The club has 5 titles and 8-second places in a total of 59 appearances in the League.

The Marienlyst Stadion is located in the city of Drammen. It is the home ground of Strømsgodset since 1967. The club has won two titles in a total of 36 appearances in the league.

The Intility Arena is located in Oslo and opened in 2015. It serves as the home ground to the 5 times Norwegian champions, Vålerenga.
